Downtown Chattanooga
Chattanooga is known as not only the fourth largest city in Tennessee, but a hub for several diverse ecosystems. Also known as Scenic City, Chattanooga is famed for its beautiful mountain surroundings and Tennessee River. Downtown is thriving with entrepreneurs, artists, outdoor enthusiasts, and foodies alike. Relocation to Chattanooga is done by many with all of the opportunities the community provides. Whether you are interested in living downtown in the city, in a historic suburb, or maybe even a condo on the river, Chattanooga fits many personalities and interests.
Ooltewah
Ooltewah, a city located just 20 minutes East of Downtown Chattanooga, is one of the most up-and-coming cities in the area. Ooltewah has experienced an influx of residents and businesses such as Amazon, Volkswagen, and McKee Foods. New shopping and restaurants have recently emerged in Ooltewah, such as Cambridge Square. Plus, only a quick 20 minutes to downtown!
East Brainerd
A community just off the interstate, this area contains some of Chattanooga’s best shopping! Not only is Tennessee’s largest shopping center, Hamilton Place Mall, in East Brainerd, but small boutiques and great restaurants are all over. East Brainerd also conveniently contains the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport! This area has it all!
Ringgold
Ringgold, located just over the border in Georgia, is a city about 15 miles south of Chattanooga. Quiet and rural, Ringgold is rich in history and receives visitors from all over looking to experience some of the city’s monuments. With several types of housing options, Ringgold can fit many dynamics!
Northshore
Situated beautifully along the Tennessee River, Northshore is one of downtown Chattanooga’s landmark neighborhoods, offering an array of shopping, dining, entertainment, and some of the most beautiful homes in all of Chattanooga. You will be pleased to find that many of the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques are local businesses owned by the residents of Northshore, which fosters the close-knit, eclectic community. Everything in the Northshore neighborhood is conveniently within walking distance, so you can easily get to local eateries and local shops by foot. Some of our favorite business are Milk and Honey, Whole Foods, Stone Cup Coffee, Tremont Tavern, and Taco Mamacita. And there are so many more! If you’re looking for a collection of unique homes, winding streets with various elevations, and a community of neighbors, all with shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance (or a short drive), Northshore is the place for you!
Mountain Shadows
Conveniently located in East Brainerd and about 5 miles from Interstate access, Mountain Shadows is a premier neighborhood in Chattanooga. A neighborhood of nearly 600 homes, residents enjoy a large community pool, tennis courts, and the beautiful scenery of mature trees and custom homes.
